Knaphill Working Men's Club
The KWMC is a working men's club with membership at just £10.00 for the first year and then £6.00 for each subsequent year. New membership opens up each March with new members having to be introduced to the club by two existing members. There are very strict rules regarding visitors and strong stewardship both behind the bar and on the door.
Some great live acts have appeared on Saturday nights but there has been some bad ones too. The club also holds cabaret and occasional karaoke nights.
A meat draw takes place on Friday nights, a bottle draw Sunday lunchtime and Bingo on Sunday nights with regular jackpots of £100.00.
Excellent range of beers and as expected at club prices.
The club also arranges trips out to the races and seaside and parties for OAPs and children at Christmas.
