I'm confused...

why are there two?

As far as I can tell, the mob who where in the larger store have moved to the smaller store, and another company has moved into the larger store they vacated, under the tagline "the original PC Paramedics of knaphill".  They seem to be based in Sandhurst.  I wonder if they used to be in Knaphill and then moved?

PC Paramedics first shop was in Sandhurst, Berkshire.  I used to live in Sandhurst and passed the store everyday to work.

Well, in my view, regardless who is running either store, they are both rip off merchants. Over priced goods and poor service maximising the money they can earn from people's naivety and fear.  My next door neighbour nearly came a cropper and was going to fork out a fortune to clean up a virus infected PC (which might also have included wiping all his data off).  I offered to do it for him for free and did it all with anti-virus software that is freely available off the internet.  He learned a lot from my free advice, and I got his respect, and a Sunday roast from his Mrs.  Most computer 'experts' just sell snake oil.

Beg to differ. Always found Simon and his mate Ok and cost is reasonable.....

I have to say, I had a major problem a few months ago and the guys at PC Paramedics done a great job in 1) Fixing it and 2) reassuring me. Considering the files that were at risk, what I paid for their retrieval was minimal. Excellent service and well worth it. The're the guys now in the High Street by the way..
